How to Place an Order

Orders must be received no later than 4:00 pm PST.

Orders received after 4:00 pm will be processed the next day.

Send us your PO and include the following:

  • Your PO # (also please put in subject line)
  • Contact Name
  • Company Name
  • Shipping Address
  • Billing Address
  • Membership Number: ASI/PPAI/Sage
  • Phone & Fax Numbers
  • Which style name or number
  • Quantity
  • Color
  • EPS Vector File / for your printing
  • In hand date / delivery date
  • Payment Method

Either FAX or Email to us. No telephone orders are accepted.

Full payment is due before shipment on each and every order From the 1st order, to every future order No exceptions. Strict company policy.

You have to pay now.

Our production time starts when:

Logo or printing has been approved by you. (we will email you a ‘Mock-up'[virtual proof] )

Payment has been received or credit has been established Verify the shipping date.

Once all has been verified and clarified, we will start production.

 

Billing / Payment Terms –

Net 30 day open billing to customers who already have established credit with us.

All others, payment must be received with your order.

Checks must clear or credit must be approved before production can start.

 

Credit Card Payments:

  • Visa/Master Card: add 3% to your total
  • Bank Debit Card: add 3% to your total
  • American Express: Not accepted

 

Warranty: We give a Lifetime Warranty. Covers any defects in craftsmanship or materials.

Shipping: FOB: Factory We ship world-wide. We drop-ship and blind ship.
