Custom Dye-Sublimation Lanyards
Custom dye sublimation lanyards are perfect for complex designs that have lots of color.
The process allows for the full color design to be transferred "into" the lanyard instead of being printed on top of it, like silk screen.
The sublimation process costs more, but is a great option for those who need it.
The ink and polyester material that is used is of high quality and will not break down or rub off.
The dye sublimation process allows the lanyards to be completely smooth and soft without being able to feel the printing.
These lanyards have a silky / satiny type feel.
Heat transferring is a superior printing process that can create multicolored, highly detailed designs.
With this method your design is transferred to a fine paper that uses dye sublimation inks.
The paper is placed on the lanyard and pressure and heat are applied, causing the image to become enmeshed into the material.
The design remains smooth because of the method used. It offers durable imprinting that will last for the life of the lanyard, no more rubbing off or fading.
